Privacy policy
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit shotplan.ai, book a demo or send us a request, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Italian Privacy Code.
1. Who the controller is

2. Which data we process
Browsing data. IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time: the hosting servers record them to make the site work and for security. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you (see the cookie policy).
Data you send us. Name, email, company, interest and message you enter in the contact form, plus the language and the page you sent it from. If you book a demo, the data you enter in the Calendly calendar (name, email, any notes) are processed by Calendly on our behalf and sent to us.
Files you share. If, during a demo or a pilot project, you send us floor plans or project files, we process them only to carry out the agreed activity. Please do not send files containing personal data of other people unless necessary.
3. Why we process them and on which basis

4. Who receives the data
Only people and suppliers who need them to provide the service: the site hosting provider (Vercel Inc., with servers in the European Union for this site), the email provider through which form requests are delivered, Calendly for demo bookings, and, if you watch the presentation video, YouTube (Google), which loads only after you start it. Suppliers act as processors or as independent controllers under their own policies. We do not sell or give data to third parties for marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers (Calendly, Google) may process data in the United States. Transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep them

7. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@shotplan.ai. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
8. Minors
The site is intended for professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this notice; the date at the top shows the current version.
