Verified floor areas and a 3D for those choosing a home

For agencies, real estate platforms and space managers who work with CAD floor plans: rooms measured from the model, a 3D view to attach to the listing and renovation scenarios as revisions of the same model (price-list estimate coming soon).

ShotPlan is in development for pilot projects. Available functions and limits are verified on the agreed use case.

The problem

The plan does not sell, the space does

Buyers and tenants struggle to imagine a flat from a floor plan. Declared floor areas must be verified, and a renovation scenario without numbers remains an idea. ShotPlan keeps the 3D view and the measurements together on the same model.

Floor areas per room from the model

Rooms generated from the walls traced on the floor plan, with calculated floor area and perimeter: verifiable data to attach to the property sheet.

A 3D view for the listing

A PNG image of the 3D view, downloaded from the viewer, to help those looking at the listing understand the layout.

Renovation scenarios

A new layout is a revision of the same model, with updated floor areas; the preliminary estimate from a price list is coming soon.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use ShotPlan on a cadastral floor plan in PDF?

Not yet: today the viewer reads DWG and DXF. PDF and image recognition is coming soon. If you work mostly with PDFs, tell us: in the pilot project we evaluate the best path.

Are the floor areas the commercial ones?

They are the floor areas calculated from the polygon of each room traced on the floor plan, in the chosen unit. Commercial or cadastral conventions must be applied by you: ShotPlan provides the verifiable data to start from.

Can I get furnished renders for the listing?

Yes, on request: the Loto Studios team produces furnished, photorealistic images from the model, with agreed timing. In the viewer you see the volumes of the spaces.
